Nikki Paris

Nikki Paris joined Ridgely|Walsh as an associate in 2026. Previously, she was a visiting scholar at the United States Institute of Peace, where she developed communications campaigns to raise awareness of the institute’s online conflict resolution courses. She also served as an operations intern at The Asia Group and as an intern with the United Nations Resident Coordinators Office, Bhutan.

Nikki lived in Taiwan for a year and a half, studying Mandarin and teaching English. She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University and bachelor’s degrees in international affairs and Chinese from University of Colorado Boulder.
