Kallie joined the firm in 2023 as a senior associate and transitioned to Chief of Staff to CEO in July 2025. Previously, Kallie was an Associate at Bernstein Strategy Group, a government relations firm focused on education policy. She helped organize advocacy campaigns and assisted with strategic planning. Kallie also served as a policy fellow on the successful Hickenlooper for Colorado campaign and as a legislative intern in Senator Michael Bennet’s (D-CO) office. Kallie earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020.
