Daniel Nasaw
Daniel Nasaw is an award-winning former journalist and has consulted extensively on public affairs matters for defense and technology companies. A specialist in data storytelling and an acclaimed writer and editor, Daniel spent nine years at The Wall Street Journal, where he led national security news coverage during the wars in Ukraine and Gaza and edited coverage of the 2016 presidential election and the first Trump administration. Before that, Daniel led online news coverage of the U.S. and Canada for the British Broadcasting Corporation, where his team won a Peabody Award. Daniel was a Washington correspondent for The Guardian, where his team won a British Press Award for coverage of Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. He got his start at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock, Ark. Recently, Daniel has counseled executives at defense primes and defense-tech startups on public affairs. He was head of content at Altana AI, a value chain management SaaS startup.
