Staff background

A retired Army Colonel and former White House Fellow, Kathy served in command and staff assignments in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including four combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq.  She was an adviser to several senior Department of Defense leaders and a Special Assistant at the Department of State. As a senior commander, she led a multinational organization staffed by 4,500 people across 12 company units and managed over $600 million in assets.  She advises on government, national security, international affairs, and organizational leadership.

Kathy holds three master’s degrees and is currently pursuing a doctorate in international affairs at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced Military Studies.
